Mr Tony Ashton

I was introduced to the amazing Tony Ashton ( God Rest His Soul ) in The Haverstock Arms in Belsize Park and he let me play on Florrie Palmer's album The Big Chair and then I went on to play with him on sessions, advertising jingles and live gigs.

He was definitely the coolest and funniest musician in Belsize Park and there were hundreds of musicians living there.

I feel very privileged to have known Tony as a seriously good friend and to have worked with him on a lot of music.
