You left a message on my site about your interest in valve mixing desks and asked about the Kelly desk that I used. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about it apart from the fact that it was a 6 into 2 valve powered desk with faders which we used to mix all the instruments and pre- midi sequences straight into two Revox machines A77 and B77. It's a shame I didn't keep it because it sounded great.

John Kelly himself may be able to provide you with more information

I am very interested in old valve mixing desks. I notice you mention one by Kelly on the Lisa Look page. Do you have any info on it?

Cheers

Hi interesting site. I lived in Belsize Park Gardens and remember Clive S and Tony A from the Washington during 1979 - 1986 period. Wasn't a musician myself, and was just as often in the Belsize tavern, but I do remember some Friday evening gigs at the Washington. I wonder if you remember Tim Copping, John Goodman, Greg Day or myself...
best wishes, Nick Whittaker

Enjoyed your site, used to spend a lot of time in the Steeles, Haverstock, and the Wash in the 1990's hanging out with Derry, Tony Ashton, Jonnie Dee, the Runner Bros etc.
